If your cancellation request is approved in time, you will receive a full refund.

That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within this period under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important Notes

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
    (Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier and method you choose)

  • No restocking fees will be charged

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:
